Netherton Cottages are a range of barn conversions in a beautiful part of Cornwall; The farm is located near the village of Rilla Mill on the edge of Bodmin Moor, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Cottages
Each cottage is fitted and furnished to a high standard with oak and slate flooring and modern furnishings, and outside seating areas ideal for al-fresco dining. The properties all have underfloor heating so are ideal at any time of the year. The holiday cottages sit among acres of the owners’ own grounds which include a lake and a river (approximately 200 yards away) which can be heard from the properties along with the birdsong. Set in rolling countryside they enjoy stunning views of some of the moor’s most stunning features including the Cheesewrings, Rough Tor and the engine houses at Minions. The views also encompass Kitt Hill and Caradon Hill. They are near both beautiful Cornish coasts and well located for exploring all of Cornwall. The cottages are a home from home with everything one would expect and more and they enjoy beautiful views and lots of outside space including a woodland walk and an apple orchard. Take a stroll along the river to the nearby village where there is a pub. The holiday cottages are well placed to visit some of the tourist attractions that Cornwall has to offer including the South Coast resorts of Looe, Polperro and Fowey. Also within reach is the Eden Project and some beautiful gardens and National Trust properties. Shop and pub/restaurant ½ mile.
The House
Netherton House is a substantial detached Cornish farmhouse in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Fitted and furnished to a high standard with oak and slate flooring and modern furnishings, it boasts a large garden surrounding the property with seating areas ideal for al fresco dining. With its large kitchen/dining area and with sleeping accommodation and bathroom on both floors this holiday property will appeal to a wide range of guests. The property is centrally heated and has an open fire so is ideal any time of the year.
